
Personalised Support Specialist

The role of Support Worker is a dynamic opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized support to participants, enabling them to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Key responsibilities include providing companionship, transport, shopping, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and medication management. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with participants to understand their individual needs and preferences, ensuring that care is tailored to meet their unique requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A Certificate III in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care, or Home and Community Care (desirable but not essential) or equivalent working or lived experience
- A current valid Driver's License and a registered, insured vehicle
- Police Records Check
- Working with Children Check
- Manual handling training is desirable, but training will be provided if needed
- Right to work in Australia
- Availability and willingness to use a personal smartphone
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online course
