We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee facility operations and execute cleaning and maintenance tasks at various aquatic centres and community venues.

This role involves overseeing the daily functioning of facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and leading a team of cleaning staff members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing teams to achieve quality outcomes
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of chemical usage and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to work physically demanding roles operating equipment and lifting weights

This is a part-time or permanent position available for individuals who are willing to work on-site. A valid Blue Card and Police Check is required for this role. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a supervisory capacity and be able to communicate effectively with staff and management.
