Job Overview

The Principal Content Analyst will be a key contributor to the Information, Content and Records Solution (iCARS) Project team, leveraging their advanced knowledge and experience in managing documents and records within TMR.

This role requires collaboration with a highly motivated and skilled team to deliver successful outcomes on records and information management project work packages.

  • Develop expertise in government and departmental information standards, acts and policies to ensure compliance of products produced by the project.
  • Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients to drive project success.
  • Work closely with TMR employees to improve their capability to manage content and records, including archiving and destruction.
  • Analyze emerging issues and provide advice and recommendations to the project manager to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain project artefacts such as business processes, standards, requirements, data migration activities and systems which maintains the integrity of records and supports effective performance reporting and analysis.
