Security Operations Manager

About the PositionWe are seeking a Site Protection Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our sites in Mount Isa.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with clients, customers, and staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Maintain quality systems compliance by managing standards and procedures
- Lead and coordinate a medium to large-sized team of security officers
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Audit and report on service delivery and performance
- Manage incident reports and monthly reporting requirements
- Evaluate and maintain site equipment
The successful candidate will work 4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts, offering a competitive annual salary of approximately $80,000.
Requirements- Prior experience leading a medium to large security team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- A customer-focused approach to service delivery
- Effective stakeholder management skills for liaison with facilities management and clinical staff
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
