As a Bartender at Hyatt Hotel Canberra, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our discerning guests. This role encompasses the creation, preparation, and presentation of a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with a focus on innovation and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring all drinks meet Hyatt brand standards.
  • Assist in designing seasonal cocktail menus that reflect the hotel's brand and appeal to our diverse clientele.
  • Educate guests on drink choices, ingredients, and pairings, offering suggestions to enhance their dining experience.
