The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Stock Manager at our Moorabbin store. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will support the management team in driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in-store with premium product
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Open and close stores, including late-night trades
  • Support management in leading the team and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Process large volumes of stock and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders efficiently
  • Assist in maintaining in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
  • Maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience

Requirements

  • Full availability and flexibility to work 38 hours per week
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • Ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
