We are seeking an experienced Senior Built Environment Manager to join our team at RMIT University. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our built environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement building maintenance plans.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize building performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Benefits
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and access to modern facilities.
