The Process Safety Specialist will be responsible for driving safety culture and managing safety programs to ensure our site meets global SHE standards. This role will involve working closely with maintenance, operations, and SHE teams to keep our processes safe, compliant, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive safety culture and manage safety programs.
  • Work closely with maintenance, operations, and SHE teams.
  • Provide training and guidance on PSM principles and safety practices.
  • Maintain Process Safety Information (PSI).
  • Collaborate with Maintenance teams on preventive maintenance and hazardous area dossiers.
  • Lead risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend controls.
  • Maintain auditable safety procedures and records.
  • Support safety, environmental, quality, and productivity improvements programs.
Requirements
  • 3 years+ of experience with Process Safety Management (PSM).
  • Hands-on experience conducting Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).
  • Strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in safety culture and SHE/PSM contributions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and technical reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
