The Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Windscreen Replacement Technician to join our team at our Geebung and Lawnton branch. As an RACQ Windscreen Fitter, you will be responsible for providing mobile windscreen replacement services to our members and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remove and repair damaged windscreens on all vehicle makes and models, adhering to manufacturer specifications
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in windscreen replacement techniques

About You

  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably in windscreen replacement or a related field
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
