Jones Lang LaSalle (NSW) Pty Ltd is committed to empowering our team members to shape the future of real estate. We're looking for an experienced Commercial Valuer to join our Australian Valuation team based in Sydney.



About the Role

As a key member of our valuations team, you'll be responsible for conducting end-to-end valuation preparation, research, inspections, reporting, and client liaison. With a focus on delivering high-quality services, you'll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of mortgage and non-mortgage commercial valuations. Our dedicated market-leading administrative support will enable you to concentrate on valuations, not paperwork or logistical tasks.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with the Manager, Valuer Service Centre to coordinate efficient planning and workflow, ensuring compliance with turnaround expectations;
  • Conduct valuation preparation, research, inspection, and reporting in line with JLL's Valuation processes, adhering to relevant KPIs;
  • Build and improve client relationships through ongoing communication on valuation and other professional issues;
  • Provide guidance, support, and feedback to Assistant Valuers or other Valuers when required to assist them in completing their work;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:




  • A current Associate Membership (AAPI) with CPV status of the Australian Property Institute, current Certificate of Compliance, current Risk Management Module Certificate, and an open driver's license;
  • Demonstrated technical skills in understanding commercial valuations;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
