Job Description

The role of a Christian English Teacher is multifaceted, requiring an individual who can lead the spiritual development of students while delivering high-quality academic instruction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a conducive learning environment that fosters cross-cultural understanding and supports the holistic growth of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a biblically grounded educational approach that is academically rigorous and culturally engaging;
  • Lead in delivering Pastoral Care grounded in genuine Christian faith to support the emotional and spiritual well-being of students;
  • Contribute to the development of inclusive teaching strategies that promote cross-cultural understanding and student engagement;
  • Teach the prescribed curriculum in a manner that develops students' interests, skills, and abilities, and prepares them for their future careers;
  • Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching and learning programs.
