The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team at Veolia, a leading provider of waste management services. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our waste collection routes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise bin delivery and collection routes to maximise efficiency
  • Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders, including customers and drivers
  • Regularly analyse routes for optimisation opportunities and implement changes as needed
  • Solve urgent customer issues with a focus on finding solutions
  • Address route queries from Customer Services and Admin teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in scheduling and route optimisation
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong people skills, including effective communication and negotiation
  • A strong focus on health and safety
