About this role:
As an experienced Practitioner with minimum 5 years of experience, you will enjoy autonomy with direct client contact, providing pragmatic and strategic advice on a broad range of Wills and Probate & Estate Planning matters, including estate litigation and associated property issues.
Responsibilities will include:
- provision of pragmatic legal advice and document drafting of Wills, including testamentary trusts Wills;
- Powers of Attorney;
- Appointments of medical treatment decision makers;
- Estate planning for complex family structures;
- SMSFs;
- Probate and estate administration;
- Part IV claims, both for plaintiffs and defendant executors;
- extensive client liaison and developing/fostering strong professional relationships;
- practice/time management to provide prompt turnaround times and high-quality, plain English written and verbal advices.
About you:
To secure this opportunity, you will have previous experience as an Estate Planning Lawyer in a similar role and other valued attributes including:

- strong drive, enthusiasm, integrity, and commercial awareness;
- well-developed drafting and analytical skills;
- ability to work autonomously, proactively, and efficiently to manage often competing time frames.
