General Medicine Clinical Lead

We are seeking a skilled General Medicine Specialist to join our clinical service team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute inpatients, community based care, quality improvement and supervision.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with other staff at all levels.
The successful applicant will be able to contribute to the growth and development of our clinical service, while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to all aspects of General Medicine clinical service, including acute inpatients and community based care;
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes;
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff to ensure seamless transitions and effective teamwork;
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:
- A valid medical registration with AHPRA without conditions or reprimands;
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in General Medicine, including relevant qualifications and certifications;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
