About the Role

The Lead Clinical Psychologist plays a vital role within a skilled multidisciplinary healthcare team, offering a spectrum of high-quality, evidence-based psychological services to eligible personnel, adhering to professional standards and regulations.

This team is tasked with conducting assessments, managing risk evaluations, providing crisis intervention, formulating cases, implementing treatment programs, and coordinating care, alongside additional support services as necessary.

Key Qualifications

  • Exemplary personal integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Current, unconditional, and unrestricted registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Approval as a Supervisor by the Psychology Board of Australia.
  • A minimum of 2 years of full-time (or part-time equivalent) postgraduate experience supervising provisional psychologists in a Board-approved supervised practice program for General Registration.
  • Recent engagement in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities as per AHPRA requirements.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
