About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Engineering People. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the engineering and trade industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify top talent in the industry
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and recruit top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet client requirements
  • Negotiate salaries and benefits to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including onboarding and integration
Requirements
  • Experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the engineering and trade industry
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
