Factory Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to assist in the day-to-day operations of our steel processing facility. This includes general labor, operating basic machinery, handling steel materials, packaging and supporting skilled tradespeople as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with production line tasks and general factory duties
  • Operate basic machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist in cutting, bending and handling steel
  • Load and unload materials and products (training provided)
  • Perform quality checks and report any defects
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures
  • Support team members and supervisors as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous factory, warehouse or manual labor experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15-20kg
  • Able to work in hot, noisy and fast-paced environments
  • Willingness to learn and operate machinery
  • Good attention to detail and work ethic
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
  • To have a forklift license is desirable but not essential
  • To have a form of transportation e.g. drivers license
