About the Role

Protech Group is seeking an experienced Concrete Mixer Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating batching equipment to produce high-quality concrete.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate batching equipment to produce concrete in accordance with company standards
  • Perform routine maintenance on batching equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily production targets
  • Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

  • Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Loader ticket (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience in mobile plant operation (loaders, trucks, etc.) is beneficial
  • Previous experience in a batching role
  • Quarry experience is highly regarded, but not essential
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude
