Before & After School Care Leader

Be a part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional care to children.

As a Second in Charge, you will play a key role in delivering enriching experiences for primary school aged children.

  • Create and implement engaging programs based on children's preferences.
  • Ensure high quality service by supporting program compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and the community.
  • Develop Coordinator skills and take ownership during School Holiday periods.
What We Offer

A Monday to Friday split shift: 6:45am - 9:00am and 3:00pm - 6:30pm.

Total 28.75 hours per week.

You:

Are passionate about kids and have a positive attitude.

Are a strong team player and enjoy leading a team to success.

Are keen to learn and develop your skills in this industry.

Have outstanding communication skills and a desire to WOW your customers.

May already be working towards or have completed an ACECQA recognised qualification, but if not, we offer a traineeship opportunity.
