Job Title: Property Management Professional

We are seeking a Junior Property Manager to join our team, working alongside a Senior Property Manager in a supportive and structured learning environment.

This entry-level role offers hands-on experience across compliance, maintenance, inspections, and arrears management, providing the perfect opportunity to develop skills and launch a successful career in real estate.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conducting routine property visits as per company policies and legislative requirements
  • Monitor and action rent and invoice arrears, maintaining accurate tenancy file notes
  • Coordinate and action property maintenance and repairs, liaising with landlords, tenants, trades, and strata as needed
  • Support compliance processes by ensuring properties meet legislative and company standards annually
  • Communicate proactively with landlords and tenants, providing regular updates on maintenance, inspections, and arrears
Requirements:
  • A Certificate of Registration (or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement)
  • A current driver's licence and access to a reliable car
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a positive can-do attitude
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
