The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Park Attendant to join our team. As a Park Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our park.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high standard of customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front office operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and handling guest inquiries.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, including cleaning of guest accommodation and common areas.
  • Assist with grounds upkeep, ensuring the park presents beautifully at all times.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, residents, and guests.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • A current driver's license.
