Laboratory Technician

The Laboratory Technician will play a critical role in supporting our winemaking teams by collecting and analyzing samples throughout the winemaking process. This will involve working in our NATA-approved laboratory, utilizing state-of-the-art analysis apparatus to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

• Collect and prepare samples for analysis
• Perform basic laboratory analysis and specialized tests
• Record and report results
• Manage laboratory stock and equipment
• Calibrate and validate laboratory equipment
• Perform microbiological and chemical analysis
• Assist with training for new staff
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping standards

• Full working rights in Australia
• Excellent communication and literacy skills
• Ability to work rotating shift work, including weekends
• Minimum Certificate III in a Laboratory stream
