The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Remuneration and Benefits team as a Director of Total Rewards and Compensation. You will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of our reward framework, ensuring it aligns with our corporate strategy and delivers a compelling employee value proposition.

  • Develop and implement strategic reward programs that drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement.
  • Lead the annual remuneration review process, including market benchmarking and data analysis.
  • Oversight of our grading framework, including job evaluations and compensation planning.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior executives, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor peer remuneration arrangements and market trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and advising on best practices.
  • Lead short-term incentive programs and develop solutions to improve governance and efficiency.
  • Maintain and build compensation and job architecture within Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

About You
  • Proven experience in a Remuneration and Benefits role, with a strong understanding of reward frameworks and job architecture.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of HRIS compensation systems, preferably Workday.
  • Degree in HR or similar qualifications in subjects such as maths, statistics, sciences, or finance, business intelligence.
What We Offer

At Crown Resorts, we offer a competitive salary range $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, based on experience.
