About the Role

In this position, you'll be involved in all aspects of our business, interacting with customers on the counter, marketing products and services, completing rental bookings, inspecting vehicles for damages, and assisting with vehicle cleaning.

You'll:

  • Interact with customers face-to-face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
  • Complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings
  • Clean the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards
  • Inspect vehicles for any damages that occurred during previous rentals

We're looking for applicants who have a full and valid driver's license, are available to work days, weekends, nights, etc., and possess previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service, following procedures, and adhering to company guidelines and standards. Additionally, you should be comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
