The position involves working with internal stakeholders to prepare leasing documentation and property-related legal agreements, instruct external firms, manage leasing transactions, finalise deals, and update records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lease Preparation: preparing leasing documents and managing leasing matters.
  • Contract Administration: updating commercial management systems, undertaking day-to-day lease management, monitoring lease obligations, communicating with tenants, and preparing financial reports.
  • Lease Revenue and Charging: reviewing accounts, preparing invoices, collating sales data, preparing reconciliations, and working with debt management teams.
