Senior Pace Bowling Development Officer

We are seeking an experienced Pace Bowling Coach to lead our national strategy for developing world-class pace bowlers.
This role will involve overseeing the preparation of pace bowlers for our national teams, providing coaching support to the Australian men's and women's teams, and supporting the development of pace bowling coaches across Australian cricket.
- Lead the design and delivery of a coaching strategy for sustainable pace bowling development.
- Facilitate effective multi-disciplinary collaboration to implement the strategy within Cricket Australia and state & territory programs.
- Provide advice and support on pace bowler preparation and performance for the Australian teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High Performance Coach Accreditation (CA Level 3 or equivalent)
- Elite coaching methodology and experience
- Deep expertise in pace bowling development
- Proven ability to lead collaboration and improve player, team, and system performance
- Credibility and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Detailed understanding of the Australian cricket system
