">- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

In this role, you will oversee and manage projects within the Defence maritime sector. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of projects, adhering to strict deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
">You will develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. You will identify critical milestones and dependencies and establish a clear project roadmap.
">- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources while maintaining cost control
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of necessary equipment and materials
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust schedules as required
- Establish quality standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and specifications
Relevant education, experience, and skills include:
">- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management and Engineering
- Extensive experience in Systems Engineering or other relatable Engineering Field
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
