About the Role

We are seeking motivated and organised individuals to join our warehouse & dispatch team due to rapid growth.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient dispatching of International & Australian orders.

  • Picking and packing customer orders with precision
  • Using our dispatching systems to fulfil & ship orders on time
  • Stock-take & receiving stock in an accurate and timely manner
  • Processing returns efficiently and effectively
  • Quality control (QC) to ensure exceptional product quality

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatching of International & Australian orders
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Using our dispatching systems to fulfil & ship orders
  • Stock-take & receiving stock
  • Returns
  • Quality control (QC)

Working Conditions:

The role involves a high level of physical activity, requiring the ability to move around the warehouse frequently.

Some heavy lifting is involved, particularly when moving incoming stock and organising stock.
