Job Description
  • Assess store presentation, including visual merchandising, product display, and overall ambiance.
  • Evaluate sales staff performance, observing their interaction with customers, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Analyze cleanliness and organization of the store, including facilities and stockroom.

You will be posing as a customer, making detailed observations about your experience, and then completing a survey online about the experience. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, is reliable, has great communication skills, and access to the internet.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct in-store assessments, observing and evaluating various aspects of the retail environment.
  2. Complete surveys online, providing thorough and accurate feedback on your experience.
  3. Communicate effectively with retail staff, managers, and other stakeholders.
  4. Maintain accurate records of your assessments and feedback.
