Our MissionWe aim to reduce risk, build business resilience, and promote continuous innovation in the cybersecurity space. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer at Sekuro, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and fortifying our clients' cybersecurity infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy secure cloud-based solutions on AWS.
- Develop and maintain code to populate Splunk or similar log management systems.
- Utilize Python and other coding languages to automate processes and enhance security measures.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Chef, Puppet, Terraform, and Pulumi.
- Work on greenfield projects, contributing to the development of cloud-based DevOps solutions.
- Implement and enforce secure DevOps/DevSecOps processes to enhance the security posture of our platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to assess and improve security practices, acknowledging the current state as a developing practice.
- Proficiency in Python and other coding languages.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Chef, Puppet).
- Familiarity with secure DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Deep Kubernetes experience with EKS & 'On-Prem'.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience in cloud-based development, with a strong emphasis on AWS.
- Strong understanding of SIEM platforms and log management systems.
- Experience with SOC-related technologies.
- Tertiary education in information or cybersecurity and/or software development.
