Home Care Support Professional

Job Description:
We are seeking a Home Care Support Professional to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the Seacliff Park area. Your role will involve assisting with domestic tasks, meal preparation, and personal care, as well as providing social support and transportation to appointments.
About the Role:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Provide personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
- Transport clients to appointments and social events
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement client care plans
Requirements:
- 3 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care
- Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
