Transport Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and organised Transport Coordinator to join our Ground & Rail team in Wattle Grove WA. This is a fast-paced and hands-on role responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient day-to-day coordination of metro and regional deliveries, working across our contract carriers and 3PL partners.

Specifically, you will:

• Coordinate daily allocation and scheduling of metro and regional transport consignments
• Monitor all deliveries to ensure on-time performance and accurate confirmations
• Ensure Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance, including driver training and process documentation
• Collaborate with the Cross-Dock and Transport Operations teams to resolve service issues
• Assist with time-slot bookings, pre-delivery audits, and operational administration
• Communicate regularly with internal teams and customers to provide updates and manage expectations
• Meet key operational KPIs including DIFOT, CoD, utilisation and cost-per-cube metrics.

Our ideal candidate is process-focused, team-oriented and passionate about transport operations. You will also bring:

• Higher School Certificate or equivalent; Certificate IV in Logistics or similar (desirable)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a transport, warehousing or logistics coordination role
• Knowledge of transport operations and CoR compliance obligations
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• A willingness to work flexibly, including outside of standard business hours, to meet business or customer requirements
