This Radiographer role at Royal North Shore Hospital is an exceptional opportunity to provide high-level patient care and expertise in radiography services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service delivery of examinations, including General X-ray, Mobiles, and Fluoroscopy.
  • Establish clinical protocols and quality assurance activities to ensure best practices.
  • Develop leadership and mentoring skills within the specialist modality team.
  • Provide high-quality radiography services to patients and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • AHPRA registration as a Radiographer with the MRPB of Australia.
  • EPA Radiation Licence.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish clinical protocols and departmental Continuous Quality Improvement activities.

Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria
  • A valid AHPRA registration to work as a Radiographer, with the MRPB of Australia and a valid EPA Radiation Licence.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and complete activities either individually or as part of a team (including ability to work within scope of practice and seek assistance when required).
  • Act as an appropriate and effective role model and promote a culture and supporting practices that reflect organisational values through demonstrated professional behaviour and interactions with patients/clients and employees (commensurate with years of experience).

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong passion for radiography, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Please note that this is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and screening for certain diseases. You will be required to complete the OASV Undertaking/Declaration Form and TB Assessment Tool during the recruitment process.
