- Provide technology deployment and delivery leadership for assigned projects or portfolios.
- Analyze research and operational information to support managers in evaluating and integrating relevant data.
- Collect and provide relevant data to support budgeting, team operations, and regular reporting.
- Share best practices and learning across the project delivery portfolio to enhance the project delivery framework.
- Lead the implementation of projects by working with product owners and SMEs to design data, system, and functional changes.
- Participate in the team's operating rhythm and provide progress updates through agreed forums and channels.
- Engage with the Change Lead and Program Manager for relevant change management activities.
- 10+ years of experience in your field of expertise.
- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master/PM.
- Delivered at least one finance solution implementation or digital solution or customer engagement solution implementation.
- Minimum 5 years of Project or Agile experience relating to IT and/or business projects.
- Detailed understanding of SAFE Agile methodologies.
- Experience in collaborating with Transformation Leads and industry/consulting leads.
- Experience of working with multiple system implementation partners and managing deliverables and timelines for individual streams and comprehensively for the program.
- Experience of working with UI/UX designers, Business Analysts, etc. on staggered delivery pathways with multiple releases and go-live.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, Stand-Ups planning session, and guide the team through Agile journey.
- Successfully managed and implemented complex projects up to $5-8m.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, multitask, and keep track of multiple project or Agile trains.
- Forward-looking with a holistic approach, organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- Problem-solving and root cause identification skills, and work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Broad experience in integrating user and technical input and knowledge to achieve business outcomes.
