Talent Right is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, building a high-performing team, and developing reporting systems.

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a passion for sales success through process development and effective system management. Your expertise in construction, architectural, or specification markets will be beneficial in this role.

  • Develop a sales framework that includes strategies and processes for each sales channel, incorporating architectural specifications, key products, and key suppliers.
  • Ensure alignment between our sales and marketing teams by working closely with the Marketing Director to set clear standards for MQL and SQL leads and opportunities, and identify areas for process improvement and automation.
  • Build a process and reporting structure that accounts for all sales activity, including appointments set, attended, and inbound/outbound calls.
  • Create a review process for the marketing team on the quality of received opportunities.
  • Establish benchmarks for lead and lag measures, and implement a process for continuous improvement.

You will effectively manage and lead your team by identifying strengths, building relationships, and providing support, development, and performance management to enable individuals to work at their best.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in construction, architectural, or specification markets (beneficial).
  • A passion for sales success through process development and effective system management.
  • A track record of building sales and reporting structures.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performance teams.
  • People management and leadership skills.
  • Specification and consultative selling experience.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
