Pharmacist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced pharmacist to join our team in delivering exceptional patient care. As a telehealth pharmacist, you will be working in an alternate approach to the traditional pharmacy model, specializing in the online pharmacy space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy, with experience in leading teams and managing complex cases. They will be empathetic towards our diverse patient base and committed to enhancing patient outcomes through quality and safety.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Ensuring medicines are accurately dispensed for patients in accordance with prescriber's intentions.
  • Providing advice and support to patients within areas of clinical expertise.
  • Collaborating with dispensary team and Head Pharmacist to maintain safe and efficient dispensing service.
  • Identifying and addressing issues and potential improvements in dispensing accuracy and patient safety.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be tech-literate and comfortable using digital tools to deliver high-quality work.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.
  • Current AHPRA registration (must be a registered pharmacist in Australia with substantial clinical experience).
  • Experience in online or telehealth settings is highly desirable.
