Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) expert to partner with our team in delivering real-time security advice and guidance to enhance clients' cyber posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security policies aligned with industry frameworks and standards.
  • Conduct thorough compliance assessments to ensure alignment with policy and industry standards.
  • Identify, quantify, and manage security risks to safeguard systems and data.
  • Enhance the cyber security stance through strategic recommendations and solutions.
  • Deliver meaningful risk reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Support clients in securing authorization for their systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in security policy development, process improvement, and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of compliance assessments against whole-of-government and industry standards.
  • Able to create comprehensive threat models reflecting organization and in-scope systems.
  • Experience in undertaking risk assessments and proposing effective mitigations.
  • Collaborative approach to ensuring understanding of security risks and proposing fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Ability to support automation of collection and collation services for cyber reporting.
  • Leadership skills to deliver outcomes within scope, on time, and to expected standards.
  • Effective time management to meet client and company timelines.
  • Consistent application of quality assurance processes to deliver results.
