About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Consultant to join our team and contribute to the governance, design, configuration, and support of new Workforce Management solutions. If you have a passion for innovation and a track record of successful Kronos implementations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure new Workforce Management functional solutions to meet business needs.
  • Evaluate and recommend key functionalities in Enhancement and Service packs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support the creation of conceptual and logical business solution designs that align with company goals.
  • Communicate solution designs to the Service Delivery Team and monitor implementation to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct application testing in collaboration with development and testing teams to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Provide solution design options and effort estimates for identified gaps to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in identifying process and change impacts from selected solution designs to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Kronos Time & Attendance, Forecasting, and Scheduling.
  • Strong experience in solution design, preferably with Workforce Dimensions.
  • Proven track record in successful Kronos implementations and support projects.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end development processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage a team of permanent and contract functional resources.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
