Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our Perth team, working on a variety of consulting/advisory assignments and delivering excellent outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Work on exciting and challenging commissions that improve the way an organisation develops its capital strategy, assesses and allocates capital, and sets up its major programs and projects for success.
- Provide best-practice advice and hands-on help to our clients in relation to establishing, transforming, operating and optimising major programs and projects.
- Deploy a variety of consulting techniques to improve performance across the capital and project lifecycle.
- Work as part of an integrated team; lead workstreams (up to moderate complexity); take ownership of significant/complex deliverables (supported by others in our team).
- Support the definition and development of tools and techniques that support our service delivery.
- Support business leaders with business development and practice development.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Currently in Australia with full Australian Working Rights.
- Ability to provide value-adding advice and hands-on help to clients across the sectors especially in the areas of establishment and operation of major capital projects and programs.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar consulting role OR 6-8 years' experience in a relevant role in the infrastructure, natural resources, or construction sectors.
- Bachelor degree or other recognised professional qualification in one of the following fields: management consulting, business management, engineering, construction, procurement, contract management, project management, project controls or information technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
