Position Overview:
Our client, a distinguished Family Law practice, is in search of a highly skilled Senior Family Lawyer with 5-10+ years of post-admission experience in Family Law. This position offers remarkable career growth, with the possibility of attaining partnership status within a few years for driven and high-achieving professionals. You will oversee and guide junior attorneys, meet billable targets, and manage a diverse range of intricate family law cases.
Core Responsibilities:
- Mentorship: Lead and support junior attorneys, promoting their professional growth.
- Client Advocacy: Manage divorce and separation proceedings, binding financial agreements, complex property settlements, and additional family law issues.
- Litigation and Mediation: Represent clients in court, negotiations, and mediation sessions.
- Billable Requirements: Meet daily billable targets of 5-6 hours.
