We're seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Executive to join our team in Australia. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base through the sale of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Microsoft partner in Australia, focusing on selling business solutions to Small and Medium Corporates (SMC) and unmanaged accounts. You'll have the opportunity to develop and manage all phases of the sales cycle, working closely with Microsoft sellers and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage all phases of the sales cycle to achieve sales targets, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
  • Lead introductory meetings with a consultative sales approach to build strong relationships with potential customers and identify their business needs
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams on lead generation campaigns to drive results and expand our customer base
  • Drive new business independently and proactively, identifying opportunities and developing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers
  • Develop strategic accounts and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and deliver exceptional results
  • Respond to RFPs and close business by effectively communicating the value proposition of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
RequirementsIdeal Candidate:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the Microsoft partner ecosystem
  • Proven track record of success in selling to Small and Medium Corporates in Australia and New Zealand
  • Strong self-directed skills, with excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in closing Microsoft Dynamics solution deals, with a proven ability to negotiate and close complex sales
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, with a willingness to travel as required
