Solution Architect

The role of Solution Architect is to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand the needs of the business and translating them into effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate business requirements into technical designs and specifications.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and team members to address project progress, clarify technical challenges, and provide solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior development team members in Agile methodologies.
- Transform business requirements into functional code.
- Break down complex tasks into manageable components, estimate effort using techniques like 3-point estimations or T-Shirt sizing.
- Review and improve technical deliverables such as code, designs, and documentation.
- Establish and maintain DevOps practices, coding standards, and technical guidelines for the project.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in software engineering.
- Strong knowledge of various architectural styles, design patterns, and principles (SOLID).
- Ability to document designs and technical decisions effectively.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, full SDLC, and popular databases like MySQL and DynamoDB.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native serverless solutions using AWS Cloud.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and E2E testing tools like Playwright and Cypress.
- The post holder may be required to work at any site, undertake additional duties temporarily or permanently, including periods on client premises and internationally.
- Ensure confidentiality, security, and adherence to data protection policies and legislation.
- Communicate effectively according to style.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures, identify and report risks, and promote equality and diversity.
- Ensure high-quality data and conduct business with integrity.
