The Role

A leading global company seeks a Battery Technician in Brisbane. They pioneer stored energy solutions across Telecommunications, Transport, Logistics & Warehousing, Infrastructure and Mining industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with mobile battery system assembly within the Services Team.
  • Deliver services to client sites as required.
  • Operate service vehicles, load/unload materials, and receive/store stock using computerized/manual methods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, investigate discrepancies, and ensure works comply with Australian standards.
  • Work efficiently and safely.
  • Operate forklifts.
  • Update skills and technical knowledge relevant to the role.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Holding a current Forklift License is essential.
  • A valid Australian Driver's License (MR preferred) is necessary.
  • Strong English communication skills are crucial.
  • Previous technical or trade background is advantageous.
  • Ability to learn and take direction.
  • Understanding of workplace safety.
  • Excellent customer focus.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Physical fitness and manual handling capabilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Teamwork and autonomy.

Expected Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
