Early Childhood Education Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Education Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead and develop our School Aged Care program.

About the Role

The Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a play-based, child-directed educational program that meets the needs of our children;
  • Providing a safe and supportive environment for children to grow and develop;
  • Handling enrolments, bookings, rostering, and administrative tasks;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education or be 50% towards completion;
  • At least 1 year's experience in a lead role in a centre;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR, and Asthma certification;
  • A current paid Working with Children's Check;
  • Experience and knowledge of NQF, NQS, and the EYLF;
  • Confidence in using technology;
  • A highly motivated and servant-hearted approach;
  • A vibrant Christian faith.
