We are seeking a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading complex projects. With 8 years of expertise in project/construction management, the ideal candidate will oversee the development of a hyperscale data centre in Melbourne.
Key Qualifications- Proven track record in managing external consultants and contractors
- Expertise in cost control, contract negotiation, and project coordination
- Strong day-to-day reporting and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Develop and execute comprehensive project management plans to ensure timely delivery
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources
- Lead project reviews, audits, constructability reviews, commissioning, and project close-out
- Experience in controlling large-scale projects exceeding $200m in value
- Proficiency in project governance, delivery frameworks, and risk management
- High-level communication skills for successful stakeholder management
