This exciting opportunity involves interstate travel for 7 days each month, allowing you to work on various projects and develop your skills further.
You will have the chance to apply your expertise in minor damage repairs, paint colour matching, panel preparation, painting, and buffing. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that every vehicle leaves our workshop looking its best.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Determine the required paint colour for each vehicle and match it accurately.
- Prep and paint vehicle panels using state-of-the-art equipment.
- Buff panels as required to achieve a showroom finish.
- Respray or touch up any defective areas to maintain the vehicle's original appearance.
- Travel to customer addresses for repairs and provide excellent customer service.
About You:
- You possess at least 1 year of experience as a Spray Painter and have a strong background in automotive refinish techniques.
- You excel in providing exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail.
- You are skilled in water-based paint knowledge and have a high level of proficiency in paint application.
- You are proficient in colour mixing and matching and have excellent self-motivation.
