Industrial Coatings Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Surface Finishing Professional to perform the duties of surface preparation, coating application, and site attendance.

Duties:
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for painting using appropriate techniques such as wire brushing or sanding.
  • Apply coatings using conventional and airless spray-painting equipment, brush, and roll.
  • Attend sites in various locations to paint structural steel onsite, ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers to complete required site works and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Maintain adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working with Industrial coatings, preferably in a construction environment.
