About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a trading floor desk quant position in a leading investment banking firm. As a Quantitative Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing systems and solutions to support the trading floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical consultation and advisory services to the trading floor
  • Tactical and strategic development of trading systems and solutions
  • Data advisory and analysis to support trading decisions
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in a numerical field (Maths, Science, Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and consultation skills
  • A highly quantitative individual with demonstrated development experience in Python, C++, or C#
  • Experience with SQL and 3rd party financial software vendors (Bloomberg, Factset, Reuters, Iress, Barra)
  • Demonstrated passion for solving problems using technology
About the Team

You will be working closely with internal trading teams and the Investment Technology team, providing technical quant analytics support. The ideal candidate will be a highly quantitative individual with a strong systems background and well-developed programming experience.
