Radiographer AHP1

We are seeking a skilled Radiographer to join our team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network. As a Radiographer AHP1, you will be responsible for providing complex general radiography services using specialized equipment to perform diagnostic medical imaging examinations for clients across various clinical specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services to clients with minimal professional direction.
• Assist less experienced radiographers, medical radiation students on clinical placement, and work experience students.
• Contribute to approved research programs, departmental CPD programs, and quality control audits and activities.

Requirements:

• Licensed under the Radiation Protection and Control Act SA.
• Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification, which entitles a statement of accreditation in Diagnostic Radiography from the Australian Institute of Radiography, or its recognized equivalent.
• Registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia.
