Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced X-Ray Imaging Technologist to join our Radiology Department at Alfred Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality radiographic examinations, ensuring patient comfort, welfare, and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiographic examinations using state-of-the-art equipment, including ultrasound, angiography, MRI, and CT scanners
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to a safe and supportive work environment, adhering to departmental policies and procedures
- Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Radiations or equivalent qualification
- National Registration with AHPRA as a Medical Imaging Technologist
- Victorian Department of Health Use Licence
- Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) in line with registration requirements
